It's hard for me to tell who's part of testing or just interested since the channel in our mattermost has a huge number of folks there plus there's some activity at least a couple times every day or so.
I know there's quite a few for the testing side of the house. We have a handful of contributors who have helped on getting Rocky released and also getting support for our distribution elsewhere (like various VPS providers). We have seven (7) on Release Engineering who work on Rocky directly, myself included. I don't have exact numbers for Rocky as a whole (like for documentation, security, infrastructure, special interest groups, testing, web). The upgrade from Rocky Linux 8.3 RC1 to Rocky Linux 8.4 RC1 is not supported, meaning it will not be tested nor documented.
